The 9th International Conference on Innovative Computing (IC 2026)

The 9th International Conference on Innovative Computing (IC2026) is a significant global event designed to unite researchers, engineers, and scientists from both academia and industry who are involved in recent advancements in information technology, computer science, and engineering. The aim of the International Conference on Innovative Computing (IC Conference) is to provide an open forum for the sharing and discussion of state-of-the-art results across all aspects of computer science and engineering. This conference is expected to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to meet and exchange insights on cutting-edge developments in the field. The event will take place in Penang in January 18-22 2026. We welcome special sessions on various topics related to artificial intelligence, soft computing, intelligent systems, perception, cognitive science, psychology, data analysis, and the Internet of Things (IoT). Individual submissions in these areas are invited.

Submission Guidelines and Notes
All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings as one of Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE) series published by Springer (indexed by EI and SCOPUS). In addition, IC 2026 features a special publication model for authors to extend their conference works to high quality journals and books after the conference. Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, presentation and clarity of exposition. Selected high quality and presented papers, with 30-40% extension and revision, will be recommended to one of the top-rank journals. More details can be found on the conference website.

Each paper should have at least 4 pages, no longer then 6 pages, including figures, tables and references.
