Affiliated Events
Policy for Affiliated Events
Frontier Computing Conference (hereinafter FC Conference) may collaborate with affiliated events, workshops, symposia, or other academically related activities organized by independent organizing committees.
These affiliated events operate independently with their own submission systems, technical program committees, and peer-review procedures. Where appropriate, the organizing committees may seek academic input from members of the FC Conference Committee to facilitate academic coordination and maintain the overall quality of the conference proceedings.
Papers accepted by affiliated events may be considered for inclusion in the official FC Conference Proceedings, provided that they satisfy the review policy, publication policy, and editorial requirements of FC Conference.
The final decision regarding inclusion in the official conference proceedings rests with the FC Organizing Committee following the completion of the editorial review process.
