An accepted paper requires a 'Full registration' to be included in the conference proceeding and for post-conference recommendation.

A 'Full registration' includes the publication fee and attendance fee to the conference and related events.

An IEEE/IET membership number is required when the discount rate is applied. Please mark your membership number on the bank-wiring receipt.

We accept two ways to do paper registration.

Please be sure to write down your paper ID on the bank-wiring form (e.g., remittance information) while doing the bank-wiring and send the receipt, i.e., photo or scan, to the Conference Manager for further confirmation of your registration. It usually takes 3-5 working days for the confirmation.
II. Online registration
