Submission Guidelines
All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings as part of the Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE) series published by Springer (indexed by EI and SCOPUS). FC 2026 will also continue its special publication model, enabling authors to extend their conference works to high-quality journals and books after the conference. Submitted papers will be evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, presentation, and clarity of exposition. Selected high-quality and presented papers, with a 30–40% extension and revision, will be recommended to top-ranked journals. More details can be found on the conference website.
To provide more flexible participation opportunities, FC 2026 offers two types of presentation formats:

Full Paper Presentation:
Authors are required to submit a complete paper.
Length: 6–8 pages (maximum 10 pages).

Poster Presentation
Authors are required to submit a short paper.
Length: 4–6 pages.
Note: The Program Committee reserves the right to reassign accepted full papers to poster sessions during the review process if deemed more appropriate based on the content and quality of the submission.

FC 2026 will take place across two forumsAuthors may choose their preferred forum for participation and must submit their papers to the corresponding forum.

To help ensure correct formatting, please use the Springer’s style files for conference proceedings as a template for your submission. These include LaTeX and Word style files.
To obtain permission to use third-party material in the manuscript visit the Rights Holder website or Copyright Clearance Center. If the material is not found, please exert your best efforts to use our Permissions Request Form and/or Release Request Form (to obtain permission from interviewees or other identifiable individuals or the owners of identifiable property in source material) for your request. If the rights-holder issues their own form, please ensure that the document they provide includes all Required Rights listed in the ‘Guide to Obtaining Permissions’ section in our Springer Nature Third Party Permissions Guidelines.
